First of all, relax. The interviewer isn’t there to give you a hard time. Their main goal is to confirm that your immigration motives are genuine and that after buying property in Spain you have sufficient financial means to live in Spain without becoming a public burden. Therefore, honesty and confidence are crucial. Never lie, but you can certainly polish your answers.
I had my interview at the Foreigner’s Office in Barcelona. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and the atmosphere was quite relaxed.
