Puerta de Hierro is closer to the city center, offering a great blend of tradition and convenience. The villa styles here are more diverse, ranging from classic estates to modern designs. The golf club is right next door, and the amenities are well-developed. For those who want ample space and a pleasant environment without being too far from the city center, it seems like a great compromise. The downside might be that because it was developed early, there may not be as many new plots or properties available for choosing a house in Madrid.
