About the Position and Requirements
The entry barrier isn’t too high; we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all. Prior real estate experience is not required, as the company provides comprehensive training covering everything from property knowledge and legal procedures to sales techniques. As long as you’re eager to learn, you’ll get the hang of it quickly.
What We’re Looking For

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is naturally a key concern. Our model is Base Salary + High Commission. The base salary covers your basic living expenses, but the real earning potential comes from commissions—the more you sell, the more you earn, with no cap.
