When it comes to civil engineering, there are two ‘giants’ in Spain that you can’t overlook: the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). The civil engineering programs at these two schools are ranked among the best in the world. UPM tends to be more traditional and comprehensive, with a broad curriculum and deep-rooted heritage.
