The report identifies Camí des Salinar in Andratx, Mallorca, as the most expensive street to buy a home in Spain. The average asking price for properties on this street reaches a staggering €15 million, setting the benchmark for the country’s luxury real estate market.
A Trio of Luxury Hotspots: Madrid, Mallorca, and the Costa del Sol
The top five on the list clearly outline the geographical landscape of Spain’s high-end property market, which is primarily concentrated in Madrid, Mallorca, and the Costa del Sol region.
- First: Camí des Salinar in Andratx, Mallorca, with an average price of €15 million.
- Second: Paseo de los Lagos in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Community of Madrid, with an average price of approximately €11 million.
