Heated Argument Triggered by Noise
According to the Spanish National Police, the incident occurred on Sunday afternoon. The excessive volume of music playing in the apartment in question sparked strong dissatisfaction among nearby residents. Unable to tolerate the noise, a neighbor went to the door of the residence to complain. Upon hearing the protests, the victim voluntarily went downstairs to communicate with the other party in an attempt to settle the dispute.

Violent Stalking and Death Threats
However, the situation was not properly contained through peaceful communication. As the victim finished the negotiation and prepared to return to his apartment building, he was suddenly followed by four other men. Because the building’s front door was not closed in time, these four outsiders forced their way into the hallway. In the ensuing confrontation, one of the men lost control of his emotions, pulled out an axe, and issued extreme verbal threats to the victim, including “I am going to chop your head off.” During this time, the victim also received several punches to the face. Fortunately, the injuries were minor and did not require immediate medical attention at the scene.
Swift Police Intervention and Arrest
After facing personal threats, the victim immediately dialed the 091 emergency number, reporting the critical situation of being chased by a man with an axe to the dispatch center. Patrol officers from the Spanish National Police rushed to the scene upon receiving the call and immediately contacted the victim.
After understanding the sequence of events and obtaining physical descriptions from the victim and eyewitnesses, the police immediately launched a comprehensive search in the surrounding area. Ultimately, law enforcement officers located the four men involved in a nearby residence. Following precise identification and verification, the police arrested the Spanish man who wielded the axe on suspicion of making threats. The victim has explicitly stated his intention to file formal charges through legal channels, and the case is currently under further police investigation.
