Madrid Football Museum Tour Experience
As a football fan who has lived in Madrid for three years, I finally took the time to visit the Real Madrid Football Museum located inside the Bernabéu Stadium. To be honest, this visit left me with a very deep impression, and I’d like to share this experience with everyone.
Basic Information and Tickets
The museum is located inside the famous Bernabéu Stadium, with very convenient transportation access. Just take Metro Line 10 to Santiago Bernabéu station and you’re there. Ticket prices vary according to different packages; I chose the package that includes stadium tour, with adult tickets at 25 euros. I recommend booking in advance on the official website, especially before and after match days when visitor numbers are particularly high.

Exhibition Content and Highlights
The museum is divided into several different areas, with the trophy display room being the most spectacular. 14 European Cup trophies are neatly arranged, sparkling under the lights. Besides trophies, there’s also a display of jerseys from legendary players throughout history, from Di Stéfano to Cristiano Ronaldo - each jersey carries Real Madrid’s glorious history.
| Exhibition Area | Main Content | Recommendation Rating |
| Trophy Display Room | Champions League, League Championship Trophies | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Player Exhibition Area | Historic Star Jerseys, Photos | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
| Interactive Experience Zone | Football Games, VR Experiences | ⭐⭐⭐ |
| Stadium Tour | Dressing Rooms, Player Tunnel | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ |
Stadium Tour Experience
The stadium tour is absolutely the highlight of the entire journey. Being able to enter the players’ dressing room, sit in the coach’s seat, and walk from the player tunnel to the center of the pitch - this feeling is truly special. Standing on the Bernabéu pitch, imagining countless legendary players who once ran here, that excited feeling is indescribable.
Practical Touring Tips
I recommend allowing at least 2-3 hours for the visit, especially for football fan friends who will definitely linger in each exhibition area. The museum has a souvenir shop with relatively reasonable prices; I bought a replica classic jersey as a memento. Additionally, closed on Mondays this information is outdated - now it’s basically open every day, but I still recommend confirming opening hours before departure.
Overall, this visit was very worthwhile. I not only learned about Real Madrid’s glorious history but also experienced the charm of Spanish football culture. I recommend all friends in Madrid, whether Real Madrid fans or not, to experience the charm of this football temple.
