Arrive on time on submission day, as staff will check the completeness of your documents. If there are issues with your documents, you may need to supplement them and reschedule. Don’t leave things to the last minute - always prepare thoroughly in advance. After submission, you’ll receive a receipt with a reference number for tracking progress.
Processing Time and Result Inquiry
Under normal circumstances, Spanish visa processing takes 10-15 working days. During peak tourist season, it may extend to around 20 working days. You can check processing progress on the official website using your reference number, or opt for SMS notification services.
I especially want to remind everyone that if you’re asked to supplement documents or attend an interview, be sure to cooperate actively. I was asked to provide additional detailed itinerary information for my visa appointment, and after promptly providing it, my application was quickly approved. Once you receive your visa, carefully verify all information including name, passport number, and validity period.
