This form usually needs to be filled out online and requires accurate information. It’s particularly important to note that modifications after submission can be quite troublesome, so you must carefully verify all information when filling it out.

Preparation Work Before Filling Out
Before starting to fill out the UAB form, I recommend preparing the following materials: passport information page, itinerary, accommodation booking confirmation, financial proof, etc. The information from these documents needs to be accurately filled in the form, so having the Spain visa form materials ready beforehand can avoid searching for information back and forth during the filling process.

Common Filling Errors and How to Avoid Them
Based on my observations, many applicants make mistakes with date formats. Spain’s date format is usually DD/MM/YYYY, not the MM/DD/YYYY format we commonly use. Additionally, address information must be filled in English or Spanish, as Chinese addresses may cause system recognition issues.
Another point to note is the selection of visa type. For tourist visas, choose “Turismo”; for business visas, select “Negocios”. Never choose randomly, because different types of visas have different審核 standards and required materials.
Important Notes After Submission
After submitting the UAB form, the system will generate a confirmation code, which is very important - I recommend taking a screenshot to save it. If you need to check application status or schedule an interview later, you’ll need this confirmation code. Also, within 24 hours after submission, if you discover errors, you can still contact the visa center for modifications - beyond this timeframe, it becomes much more difficult.
