Last weekend, I passed by the area near Plaza de España and discovered a newly opened shopping center. After exploring it, I found it quite impressive and would like to share my experience with everyone.
This shopping center is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Gran Vía metro station. It has three floors and, while not particularly large, offers a comprehensive selection of brands. The first floor mainly features fast fashion brands like Zara, H&M, and Mango, with prices similar to other stores. The second floor houses several sports brands and electronics stores, with Nike and Adidas outlet sections offering plenty of items—I noticed some Madrid shopping malls shoes discounted up to 40% off. The third floor is a food court and cinema, with more restaurant choices than I expected, including local Spanish tapas bars, Japanese cuisine, Italian restaurants, and burger joints.

Brand and Store Distribution
Below is a simple floor distribution table for reference, similar to what you’d find in Madrid shopping streets:
| Floor | Main Category | Representative Brands |
| 1F | Clothing & Accessories | Zara, H&M, Mango |
| 2F | Sports & Electronics | Nike, Adidas, MediaMarkt |
| 3F | Dining & Entertainment | Various restaurants, Cinema |
Operating Hours and Transportation
Operating hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00-22:00, and Sunday 11:00-21:00. Please note that some restaurants, including those for Madrid jersey shopping, stay open until 23:00, but all shops close at the standard time. For transportation, besides the metro, buses 1, 2, and 46 all stop nearby. There’s also an underground parking garage at the entrance, with parking fees at 2.5 euros per hour, capped at 15 euros for a full weekend day.
Overall, this new shopping center excels in location and transportation convenience. While the brand selection isn’t the most extensive, it’s perfectly adequate for everyday shopping. The foot traffic is still manageable, making for a comfortable shopping experience—unlike the Sol area malls that get incredibly crowded on weekends. The only minor drawback is the somewhat expensive parking fees, so I’d recommend taking the metro instead. If you’ve visited, feel free to share your experience as well.
