Recently spent a few days in Málaga and stayed at the Vincci Hotel. Here’s my experience to help those planning a visit to Málaga.
Location & Transportation
The hotel location is excellent, right near the city center—about a 15-minute walk to the old town. From the airport, take the C1 train line to María Zambrano station, then a 10-minute taxi ride gets you there for around €8. For more Málaga hotel options, there are several bus stops nearby, making it convenient to reach the beach or other attractions.

Room Facilities Experience
I booked a standard double room with a moderate size of approximately 20 square meters. Facilities were comprehensive: air conditioning, safe, mini fridge—all present. WiFi speed was good enough for streaming videos. The bathroom features a shower with stable hot water. The only minor issue was slightly poor soundproofing—you can hear some noise if neighbors in Málaga hotel apartments are particularly loud.
Here’s a comparison of basic room configurations:
| Facility Item | Standard Room | Superior Room |
| Room Size | 20㎡ | 28㎡ |
| View | Street View | Sea View |
| Price Range | 70-90€ | 110-140€ |
| Free WiFi | ✓ | ✓ |
Breakfast & Service
Breakfast is buffet-style, served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The variety is reasonably abundant—bread, ham, cheese, fruit, eggs, coffee, etc.—quality is standard. Front desk staff were pleasant, English communication was no problem, and they recommended several local restaurants that turned out to be quite authentic.
Complimentary luggage storage is available at checkout, which was very thoughtful. On our last day, we left our bags at the front desk and enjoyed a relaxed stroll around the city.
Overall, Vincci Hotel offers decent value for money, suitable for tourists who don’t have extremely high accommodation requirements but want to stay in the city center. If your budget allows, consider upgrading to a sea view room at Málaga Picasso Hotel—the view should be much better. Feel free to leave comments with any questions!
