If it’s your first time, I personally recommend the mid-section of the East Stand. The price is reasonable, the view is open, and you can clearly see the tactical setup across the entire pitch. While the South Stand has the best atmosphere, if you’re not used to standing throughout the match and singing along at Mestalla Stadium, you might find it a bit overwhelming. The Main Stand Center certainly offers the best view, but tickets are pricey, and the surrounding business crowd creates a relatively quiet atmosphere.
Special Note: Avoid seats behind the goals, especially lower-tier stands. While they’re cheap, the view is truly limited. My first time, I bought a ticket in the North Stand corner, and I couldn’t see what was happening in the opposite penalty area for half the match. I really wanted to kick myself.
