I recently spent some time in Zaragoza’s Old Town and noticed many friends asking about specific address information, so I’ve compiled this practical address list hoping it will help those who need it.
Main Attraction Addresses
The most central spots in the Old Town are all concentrated around Plaza del Pilar. The Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar is located at Plaza del Pilar, s/n, 50003 Zaragoza - this basilica is truly spectacular, especially the interior frescoes. Right next to it is La Seo Cathedral, located at Plaza de la Seo, s/n, 50001 Zaragoza. Although the Aljafería Palace isn’t in the very center of the Old Town, it’s definitely worth visiting, located at Calle de los Diputados, s/n, 50003 Zaragoza.

Recommended Restaurants and Bars
There are plenty of restaurant options in the Old Town. I particularly enjoy going to the El Tubo area, where tapas bars are especially concentrated. For example, Casa Lac at Calle de los Mártires, 12, 50001 Zaragoza makes excellent tapas. If you want to try traditional Aragonese cuisine while exploring Zaragoza’s Old Town, you can check out La Republicana, located at Calle de Predicadores, 28, 50003 Zaragoza. Going for drinks in the El Tubo area at night is also a fantastic experience, the atmosphere is particularly good.

Accommodation Options
If you’re looking to stay in the Old Town, Hotel Sauce is a good choice, located at Calle de Espoz y Mina, 33, 50003 Zaragoza, in a very central location. If you’re on a budget, consider Hostal El Descanso at Calle de San Lorenzo, 2, 50001 Zaragoza, which is quite affordable. I recommend booking online in advance, especially during holidays.
For transportation, you can basically walk everywhere within the Old Town. From Zaragoza-Delicias train station to the Old Town, you can take the tram or bus, about 15 minutes. If you’re driving, there are several underground parking garages near Plaza del Pilar, though parking fees aren’t cheap.
Hope this address compilation is useful for everyone, and feel free to add other great spots in the Old Town!
