Recently wanting to catch some matches, I’ve compiled the main game schedules for Valencia from Sulei Sports to share with everyone. Those living in Valencia should know that this city has an incredibly vibrant sports atmosphere, with football and basketball matches happening almost every week.
Valencia CF Upcoming Fixtures
Valencia CF’s recent home matches are scheduled at Mestalla Stadium, with two more home games in La Liga this month. Last weekend’s match against Real Sociedad had an amazing atmosphere, though the 1-1 draw was somewhat disappointing. Next Wednesday at 8 PM there’s a Europa League match against an Italian team, with tickets still available on the official website.

This Month’s Main Match Schedule
| Date | Competition | Fixture | Kick-off Time |
| October 27 | La Liga | Valencia vs Getafe | 18:30 |
| October 30 | Europa League | Valencia vs Atalanta | 21:00 |
| November 3 | La Liga | Valencia vs Rayo Vallecano | 16:15 |
| November 7 | Copa del Rey | TBD | TBD |
Valencia Basket Club’s schedule is also worth following, as they’ve been performing well in the ACB League. There’s a home game this weekend at Fonteta Arena, where ticket prices are much more affordable than football matches, with decent seats available for around 20 to 40 euros.
Ticket Purchasing and Match Attendance Tips
From my experience, buying tickets in advance from the official website is about 10% cheaper than purchasing on-site, and you’ll get better seat selection. For Mestalla Stadium, I recommend sitting in the east stand for better views. If you’re bringing children, the north stand family section is a great choice with a more relaxed atmosphere.
Also worth noting, traffic around the stadium gets quite congested on match days, driving there really isn’t a good idea. I suggest taking metro lines 3 or 5 to Aragón station, then it’s about a 10-minute walk to the stadium. After matches, extra metro services are added, so getting home won’t be a problem.
Valencia’s recent matches have been high quality, especially with the incredible home atmosphere. If you’re interested, we can arrange to go together—watching live is completely different from watching on TV at home.
